“What are we doing today, mom?”
I get this question daily from my little ones. They wake up excited for our daily home activities and that makes me very happy.
This is such an easy activity to prepare and a breeze to clean up. Just make sure to do it outdoors so there’s no need to worry about spills.
Prepare:
• a large tray
• baking pan 1/2 filled with water. I added a drop of blue food coloring to make it more visually appealing.
• colored stones
• shells
• sea creature toys
Put your feet up, relax, and watch them play and use their imagination. This is good for an hour of play!
The activity has evolved from what it initially started out as. That’s perfectly ok! This just shows their imagination at work. All good in a day of play 👍🏻
