This is a simple activity that I prepare ahead for the boys when I want a few minutes alone.
You need:
Paper
Markers
Colored pencils
Crayons
Pencils
I prepared the paper a day ahead. You can make lots of these in advance. Cut the paper lengthwise and draw lines with a black marker.
Draw a cartoon with a pencil. Do not put too much details as you can fill those in after tracing with a black drawing pen.
Trace with a black drawing pen and add in more details like dialogues, description, etc.
Teo needed some help to put in the dialogue and words for his comic strip.
Color with colored pencils and crayons.
